Thomas Guyot, CEO

graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, he received his MBA from the Wharton School with Honors. He started his career in 1997 as a consultant at the Paris office of the Boston Consulting Group, and joined in 1999 the Louis Dreyfus group to participate to the development of NeufCegetel. After a few years in London in the acquisition team of the real estate funds managed by Morgan Stanley, he joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in December 2005, as Head of the Acquisitions, then Deputy CEO until July 1rst, 2009.

 Jérôme Klein, Head of Asset Management

after a Master's degree in Law, he started his career in real estate in 1989 at Atis Real Auguste-Thouard. In 1997, he joined DTZ as director of the Paris office's agency. At the end of 1999, he transferred to Simco, which became Gecina, as the operational director of Locare, the group's marketing unit. Then, after five years as commercial director of Nexity Conseil in Nexity's asset and property management division, he joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in April 2006.

 Janick Dupessey, Head of Development and Risks

graduated in civil engineering from the French National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Toulouse, he began his career in 1977 at COTEBA where he was responsible for managing international construction projects. In 1988 he joined the Development Division at the Suez Group as Technical Director. In 1999, he moved to the Morgan Stanley group as Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for property acquisitions and asset management in France and abroad. He joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in March 2007.

VINCENT BRUNSWICK, HEAD OF STRATEGY

after graduating from ESCP-EAP he joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 in London. He spent 4 years working in mergers and acquisitions and real estate private equity in London, Madrid and Paris, dedicated to opportunistic acquisitions and special situations. He spent one year developing the Brunswick Group before joining Compagnie la Lucette early 2009.

Emmanuel Gey, Chief Financial Officer

graduated from the EDHEC Lille business school, he received a DEC degree and started his career as financial auditor with KPMG. In 2000, he joined Unibail as deputy director of finance, and then transferred to LVMH in the finance department of the holding company. Recruited by Compagnie la Lucette at the end of 2006 as deputy CFO, he has been appointed CFO in September 2008.

CELINE LEGROS, VICE PRESIDENT LEGAL

After a post-graduate diploma in Business International Law and a Magister Legum (LLM) From the L. Maximilian University in Münich, she started her carrier in 1997 at Archon Group, subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, collaborating to the Group's disposals and sales until 2004. Then, she joined Bleecker Group where she was responsible for most of the legal aspects related to real estate, particularly acquisitions and disposals. She joined Compagnie la Lucette in June 2007.
