REGARDING COMPAGNIE LA LUCETTE

Mines de la Lucette was an industrial company up until the Second World War, operating gold and antimony mines. In 1945 it began to trade and process the antimony it mined. In 2001, the Company sold the antimony goodwill and turned into a property company.

2005

One of the real estate funds managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate became the majority shareholder of the company.
Acquisition of 5 diversified assets for €52M.

2006

MSREF Grillet BV sells 100% of its Mines de la Lucette's shares to MSREF Turque S.à.r.l.
Acquisition of a portfolio of 5 prime office buildings for €1,181M and acquisition of 13 logistic plateforms from groupe Casino (leading French hypermarket chain) for €204M.
Stéphane Theuriau is appointed Chaiman & CEO.

2007

Mines de la Lucette becomes Compagnie la Lucette
Acquisition of Atrium building - Paris XII
Acquisition in future state of completion of an office building in Clichy (Urbia Project).

2008

6 March - Disposal of the River Plaza offi ce building located in Asnières (92).
18 March - Acquisition in future state of completion of a 12,230 sqm offi ce building located Boulevard de Grenelle, Paris (75015). Construction started in 2008 and will be delivered by the end of 2009.
3 July - Acquisition in future state of completion of a 14,900 sqm offi ce building located in Boulogne-Billancourt (92). The building will be delivered by the end of 2010.
27 August - Disposal of the Hotel Latitudes located in Seilh (31), composed of two 18 holes golf courses, a three stars Hotel of 116 rooms and a residence of 56 fl ats, rented by the French tourism company "Pierre et Vacances".
30 September - Disposal of the building Renaissance located in Antony (92).
18 November - Disposal of a 8,000 sqm office building located 5/7 rue Scribe in Paris (75009).
21 November - Disposal of a 1,185 sqm development site located 20, rue du Fief in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
24 December - Acquisition of a 7,100 sqm office building located boulevard Diderot in Paris (75012).This project will only be launched and arranged if pre-leased.
30 December - Disposal of a 10,000 sqm office building located in Charenton-le-Pont.

2009

31 March - Disposal of the Radisson Hotel (business & walls) located in Boulogne-Billancourt (92)
27 May - Disposal of the warehouse located in Moreuil-L'Espinoy (Somme 80)
28 May - Disposal of a 17,500 sqm building under development located in Clichy (92)
30 June - Disposal of a 1,010 sqm office building located 31 rue des Peupliers in Boulogne (92)
1rst July - Appointment of Thomas Guyot as CEO, and Alfonso Munk as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
