The Group continues to manage proactively its lease lenghts and occupancy in order to secure its cash flows over the long term.

Compagnie la Lucette will pursue its asset disposal program of €200M for 2009, with 65% of the target realised as of 30 June 2009.

During H2 2009, the Groupe will achieve its renovation program with the delivery of the buildings Charles de Gaulle in Neuilly-sur-Seine, and Grenelle.
